Hand forged from 26C3 high-carbon steel with a Brut De Forge texture, hamon & Purpleheart handle scales.

This knife is inspired by the designs of some traditional Japanese knives, like the Kiritsuke

The blade has a wonderful brut de forge finish showing the marks of its birth under the hammer, as well as a Hamon line from differental hardening, producing a hard cutting edge and a beautiful pattern showing that different crystal structures present in the steel beneath.

The full tang handle design features purpleheart wood scales and a prond tang with polished & rounded edges around the perimeter, for style and comfort.
