Crafted by hand, this Sgian Dubh knife was hand-forged from 80CrV2 High-Carbon steel

The blade has been left with rough hammer marks and a Brut de Forge finish on the unground flat sections, showing the birth of the blade through fire, hammer and anvil.

The handle on this piece is made of locally sourced deer antler and elm burl.

Includes a leather sheath, made from durable, thick leather.  Hand stitched and moulded to fit this piece like a glove.

Very comfortable worn in the sock as part of the traditional highland dress.

Ideal for Weddings, Highland Games, Formal Dinners & Events, Graduations or Historical Reenactments.

A unique piece that is one of a kind
